General Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences by balancing strategic focus on service and revenue generation
• Manage full hotel operations including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources
• Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation
• Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and manage the hotel budget
• Partner with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders to deliver business objectives
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence

Requirements

• Ability to speak French and willingness to relocate to Morocco
• 10–15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, luxury, or international branded hotel
• Proven track record in managing full hotel operations and driving profitability (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Knowledge of the Moroccan hospitality market, tourism trends, and the regional business landscape
