General Manager

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences by balancing strategic focus on service and revenue generation.
• Manage full hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and maintain brand reputation.
• Ensure adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements, and effective management of the hotel budget.
• Drive commercial results including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability.
• Partner with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and the ability to relocate to Morocco.
• 10–15 years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale, luxury, or international branded hotel.
• Proven track record in managing multiple revenue streams, such as F&B, events, and leisure operations.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Moroccan hospitality market, tourism trends, and the regional business landscape.
