General Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, operations, and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar business
• Manage full P&L and local forecasting responsibility
• Partner with key suppliers to optimize relationships and supply chain
• Establish team sales goals, measure performance, and develop talent
• Establish pricing and local stock management strategies
• Promote an empowered local culture to attract and retain top talent

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of advanced inside and outside sales experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales force
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
