About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, operations, and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar business
- Manage full P&L and local forecasting responsibility
- Partner with key suppliers to optimize relationships and the supply chain
- Establish team sales goals, measure performance, and develop talent
- Establish pricing and local stock management strategies
- Promote an empowered local culture to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of advanced inside and outside sales experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales force
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
