Responsibilities

  • Take full operational ownership from dispensing and fulfilment through to clinical governance, team leadership, and commercial performance
  • Lead and scale high-volume, regulated operations
  • Manage large shift-based teams in a 24/7 environment
  • Drive operational throughput while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards
  • Provide hands-on, visible leadership on the floor to build high-performing teams

Requirements

  • Senior operational leadership experience at Head of Operations, Director, or GM level with full P&L accountability
  • Proven experience scaling teams of 150+ people in a 24/7 shift-based, regulated environment
  • Track record of building or significantly rebuilding an operation
  • Background in a regulated sector such as pharmacy, healthcare, pharmaceutical supply chain, food manufacturing, or industrial logistics
  • Ability to provide daily on-site presence in South East England/London

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in pharmacy, healthcare operations, or pharmaceutical fulfilment at scale
  • Familiarity with GPhC, CQC, or equivalent regulatory frameworks
  • Experience partnering with technology or product teams to improve operational systems
  • Exposure to patient journey design or clinical pathways
  • GPhC registered pharmacist status
