About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of dispensary managers to deliver top-line sales growth
- Manage all aspects of a single retail store including P&L responsibility
- Drive business through hospitality, product presentation, and operational excellence
- Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 5+ years of managerial experience, preferably in retail
- Proven ability to drive sales results and analyze selling reports
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field
- Previous PharmaCann management experience
- Previous dispensary management experience
