An industry leader in the distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking, and security products, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets and managing full P&L responsibility
• Implement operational and sales process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and profit margins
• Provide leadership, career mentoring, and guidance to personnel
• Assist with employee scheduling and technical/mechanical troubleshooting
• Perform regular audits to ensure staff follow company best practices, policies, and procedures
• Maintain professional communication and resolve escalated customer or personnel concerns

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of experience in a leadership position managing personnel, P&L, budgets, and projects
• Experience in service provider industries such as HVAC or construction/building materials preferred
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational data and financial results
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Willingness to travel to Kansas City for training up to three times during the first 90 days
