About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the North America P&L, including target setting and budget management
- Define and execute the North America growth strategy across channels and partners
- Build, hire, and lead the US team
- Represent the brand locally and build key industry relationships
- Identify and close partnerships for new distribution and cultural impact
- Drive retail and channel expansion beyond DTC and Amazon
- Report directly to global leadership regarding US market opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record of entering and scaling new markets or channels
- Experience building commercial operations from an early stage with revenue accountability
- Strong understanding of how to leverage culture for commercial demand
- Established local presence and ability to represent a brand publicly
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and limited resources
- Experience building and hiring high-performing teams
- Background in consumer hardware, audio, wearables, or mainstream lifestyle brands
