About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to foster a collaborative work environment
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing operations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire staff
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and performance metrics analysis
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisive decisions in complex situations
- Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Background in vendor and contract management
- Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
- Project management experience
