General Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
• Oversee all operational functions, including budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to foster a collaborative work environment
• Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Implement and enforce organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing operations, budgets, and P&L responsibilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire staff
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and performance metrics analysis
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisive decisions in complex situations
• Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
• Background in vendor and contract management
• Experience with performance management systems and employee development programs
• Project management experience
