General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Sales, Production, and Operations departments to ensure alignment with company goals
• Manage full P&L performance, including revenue targets, cost controls, and financial forecasting
• Oversee the sales funnel to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and contract execution discipline
• Lead hiring, retention, and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR
• Champion safety, compliance, and training initiatives in accordance with industry standards
• Act as a senior executive representative for key client relationships, vendor negotiations, and community partnerships

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or commensurate professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in live events production, AV, or entertainment services
• Proven experience managing large-scale productions involving lighting, sound, video, and rigging
• Strong financial acumen and operational credibility
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience using Flex Rental Solutions, HubSpot, or Monday.com
