General Manager - Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to originate and close high-value, project-based engagements with senior pharma stakeholders.
• Act as the face of Cellbyte, building long-term, trust-based relationships with pharma decision makers.
• Lead and shape project-based engagements across market access, pricing, and launch strategy using the Cellbyte AI platform.
• Establish a repeatable model for winning and delivering RFPs and building a weighted pipeline.
• Deliver engagements end-to-end personally in the early stages, eventually building and mentoring a team of high-performing Project Managers.
• Translate client needs into product direction, collaborating with founders and the product team on the long-term roadmap.

Requirements

• Senior experience in pharma consulting or a commercial pharma function (e.g., market access, pricing, or launch excellence).
• A strong network across European pharma with a proven track record of originating and delivering high-value projects.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to both build strategy and execute hands-on project delivery.
• Experience leading teams and scaling consulting units.
• Ability to personally manage a client project from scoping to final deliverable without junior support.
• High credibility and a reputation for delivering client-ready, high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background from a top-tier consultancy.
• Experience working across various EU markets, with US exposure being a plus.
• Deep interest in AI-native service delivery and data-driven decision-making.
