General Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide exceptional guest services and business results
• Achieve monthly sales goals, retail sales, and membership targets
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and front of house operations
• Perform hair coloring services and work behind the chair as needed
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of team members
• Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory
• Support district needs including training new managers or visiting nearby locations

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience
• 2+ years of operational management experience
• Experience supervising team members, hiring, and scheduling
• Strong technical proficiency as a colorist
• Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
• Fluency in English
