General Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Shift Leads, Colorists, and Assistant Colorists
• Achieve monthly sales goals, retail targets, and membership KPIs
• Manage front of house operations, bookings, and inventory
• Perform hair coloring services and work behind the chair as needed
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling
• Maintain salon cleanliness, merchandising, and asset security
• Support district needs including training new managers or visiting nearby locations

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience
• 2+ years of operational management experience
• Experience supervising team members, hiring, and scheduling
• Strong technical proficiency as a colorist
• Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics
• Fluency in English
