General Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Shift Leads, Colorists, and Assistant Colorists
• Drive business growth through sales, service, and community relationships
• Manage front of house operations, bookings, and retail orders
• Perform hair coloring services and work behind the chair as needed
• Achieve monthly sales goals and key performance indicators
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling
• Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience
• 2+ years of operational management experience
• Experience supervising team members, hiring, and training
• Strong technical proficiency as a colorist
• Proven track record of meeting operational metrics
• Fluency in English
