About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Shift Leads, Colorists, and Assistant Colorists
- Drive business growth through sales, service, and community relationships
- Manage front of house operations, bookings, and retail orders
- Perform hair coloring services and work behind the chair as needed
- Achieve monthly sales goals and key performance indicators
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling
- Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- 2+ years of salon and retail experience
- 2+ years of operational management experience
- Experience supervising team members, hiring, and training
- Strong technical proficiency as a colorist
- Proven track record of meeting operational metrics
- Fluency in English
