About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to provide exceptional guest services and business results
- Achieve monthly sales goals, retail sales, and membership targets
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and front of house operations
- Perform hair coloring services and work behind the chair as needed
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of team members
- Maintain salon standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory
- Support district needs including training new managers or visiting other locations
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- 2+ years of salon and retail experience
- 2+ years of operational management experience
- Experience supervising team members, hiring, and scheduling
- Strong technical proficiency as a colorist
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
- Fluency in English
