General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management, performance, and development of a vertically integrated manufacturing and service business.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive profitable growth and expand market share.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, delivering strong financial results through disciplined leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through lean management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional accountability.
• Oversee business planning and monthly rolling forecasts across all facilities.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and talent development.
• Champion customer-focused initiatives to ensure service quality and long-term relationships.
• Apply technical understanding of pumps, rotating equipment, and manufacturing processes including foundry and machining.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial product manufacturing and service operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in complex operating environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial leadership capability.
• Demonstrated ability in performance management and talent development.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
• Technical degree or a strong relevant technical background.
• Additional language proficiency.
