General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L ownership, driving EBITDA delivery, occupancy, and revenue per member.
• Execute a disciplined business plan to optimize asset utilization and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Embed service rituals and quality standards across workspace, F&B, and wellbeing offerings.
• Oversee F&B partner performance to ensure quality and contractual obligations are met.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team rooted in accountability and warmth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and local government bodies in Dubai.
• Represent the KOFISI brand in the market and act as the primary contact for key clients.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead critical project work streams, including tenant fit-outs.
• Protect long-term asset value through rigorous risk management and compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading premium hospitality, workspace, or mixed-use property at a GM level.
• Strong commercial background with hands-on P&L ownership experience.
• Experience operating in the UAE or a similarly competitive, service-driven market.
• Familiarity with F&B operations and the ability to oversee F&B partnerships.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage fine details while maintaining a strategic view.
• Analytical rigor to interpret financial KPIs and make data-informed decisions.
• High level of cultural intelligence and interpersonal skills to thrive in a diverse market.
• Ownership mentality with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
