General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, market expansion, and full P&L profitability
• Build and lead sales, vendor acquisition, and operations teams
• Scale supply including contractors, equipment owners, dealers, and OEMs
• Expand demand through construction companies, megaprojects, and government tenders
• Drive pricing models, commission tiers, and asset-utilization metrics
• Improve fulfillment rates, downtime reduction, and service guarantees
• Partner with product teams to enhance digital booking, tracking, and safety compliance
• Build strong vendor SLAs and contractor service standards
• Form strategic alliances with logistics, insurance, and maintenance providers
• Represent the company with regulators, industrial zones, EPCs, and contractors
• Hire, train, and retain high-performing teams across multiple markets

Requirements

• 8+ years in heavy-equipment rental, construction logistics, or machinery marketplace
• Proven success scaling operations and commercial revenue
• Strong network with EPCs, contractors, and industrial suppliers
• Tech-savvy with marketplace experience preferred
• Mandatory GCC experience
