General Manager, Keepr Product Family

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial leader for the Keepr product family, driving demand generation, revenue growth, and margin performance.
• Define the product innovation strategy and roadmap, identifying new product opportunities and white space.
• Lead development activities from conceptualization through launch execution to meet customer requirements.
• Optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) through subscriptions, attachments, and new services.
• Manage the annual operating and investment budget, optimizing forecasting and cost management.
• Drive brand building and customer engagement to cultivate long-term loyalty.
• Oversee the development of all support materials, including educational, press, and presentation assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in General Management or leading new product launches within high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Expertise in scaling disruptive consumer brands and establishing strong brand identities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving product-market fit for new products and brands.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and attract top talent.
• Deep understanding of product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
• Ability to manage complex budgets and track evolving KPIs to drive business maturity.
• Willingness to travel quarterly or as needed for in-person meetings.
