General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, service, and installation activities
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and administrative staff
• Uphold company culture by attracting and hiring top talent that exemplifies Jetson values
• Maintain an on-the-ground presence to influence policy, establish partnerships, and ensure a premium customer experience
• Gather market insights and manage local regulatory, policy, and compliance matters
• Collaborate with HQ teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align on strategic goals
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and provide regular financial reports to the executive team

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience running a business or division with P&L responsibility
• Proven track record in modern leadership and team management
• Proficiency in business software, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
