General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Jetson Dallas branch including scheduling, installations, service calls, quality control, and safety compliance
• Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, project coordinators, and administrative staff from the ground up
• Lead, mentor, and develop field force to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and local partnerships
• Manage local regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and align with corporate goals
• Provide regular financial and operational reports to the executive team

Requirements

• Direct experience leading a field force of technicians or skilled trades in home services
• Entrepreneurial mindset with full P&L responsibility experience
• Proven track record of building and developing teams from scratch
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and business software
• Experience with modern tools including AI to automate operations
• Knowledge of OSHA Electrical and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards
• Background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or residential home improvement
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area

Preferred Qualifications

• HVACR Master Contractor License
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
