About the Company

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We are building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company, making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Columbia branch including scheduling, installations, and quality control
• Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians, electricians, and administrative staff
• Own the P&L and develop strategic business plans for the local market
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships
• Establish local partnerships with utilities and community organizations
• Manage local regulatory, permitting, and compliance matters
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and align with corporate goals
• Provide regular financial and operational reports to the executive team

Requirements

• Maryland MHIC Contractor License or demonstrated eligibility to obtain it
• Direct experience leading a field force of technicians or skilled trades workers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L responsibility experience
• Proven track record of building and developing teams from scratch
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace
• Experience with modern tools including AI
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
• Maryland HVACR Master Contractor or Statewide Master Electrician License
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
