General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Nashville branch including scheduling, installations, and quality control
• Build and lead a high-performing team of HVAC technicians and electricians from scratch
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting for the local market
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships and local partnerships
• Ensure team compliance with OSHA electrical standards and LOTO requirements
• Collaborate with HQ teams across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align on strategic goals

Requirements

• Direct experience managing a field force of HVAC technicians or electricians
• Proven track record of launching a new market or branch from the ground up
• Full P&L ownership experience in field operations or home services
• Background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or residential home improvement
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern AI tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Nashville area

Preferred Qualifications

• HVACR Master Contractor License or Tennessee equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
