General Manager – IT & Digital Enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and roadmap for Grantek’s IT and Digital Enablement strategy
• Build secure, scalable systems and cloud platforms for internal operations and client solutions
• Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by driving practical, high-impact use cases
• Oversee cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance across regions
• Streamline digital solution deployment using DevSecOps best practices
• Partner with business units to align technology goals with company growth
• Grow and mentor a talented IT team
• Build strong relationships with vendors and partners
• Ensure business continuity through proactive risk management

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership in enterprise IT, AI, digital transformation, and security management
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT strategy, AI/ML adoption, cloud and edge computing, and DevSecOps
• Experience with regulated industry IT governance (pharma, food & beverage preferred)
• Ability to manage IT budgets, vendors, and complex enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, UNS/data integration)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for executive and technical audiences
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
