General Manager, Industrial Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a multi-brand organization, overseeing five distinct brands and a team of over 250 professionals.
• Drive strategic planning and execution for a $180 million multi-site business to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
• Own and manage brand and portfolio P&L performance, including bookings, revenue, margin, and operating profit.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement using process- and metrics-driven systems.
• Develop and deploy 3-year strategic plans by identifying commercial opportunities and aligning resources.
• Lead capital and operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to fund high-impact growth priorities.
• Foster professional development, accountability, and an ownership mindset across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of operations and commercial experience in an engineering-oriented manufacturing environment.
• 7 years of progressive management experience within a company with at least $100 million in revenue.
• Proven experience managing in a high-mix/low-volume production environment.
• Strong financial management expertise, including capital/operational budgeting and managing results against targets.
• Demonstrated success using metrics-driven operating systems to drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
