General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales, profitability, and inventory management
• Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team to ensure employee engagement and growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by placing customer needs at the forefront of decision-making
• Manage store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and visual merchandising
• Ensure compliance with all provincial health and safety policies and procedures
• Communicate business goals, mission, and strategic priorities to the store team

Requirements

• 6+ years of management experience in specialty or multi-unit retail environments
• Proven experience leading other leaders and developing talent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Bilingualism (French/English) is required for positions located in Quebec
