General Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for EV Charging, Lighting, Electrical, BESS, Solar, and HVAC installations
• Oversee full P&L ownership including revenue, margin, budgeting, and cost control
• Manage customer relationships with key clients, vendors, and distributors
• Align technician headcount with project pipeline through labor resource planning
• Track operational KPIs such as tech productivity, backlog health, and job costing
• Provide operational leadership for branch staff, including scheduling, dispatch, and field service execution
• Manage workforce development including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams
• Manage general conditions including inventory, materials, and field coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, operations, or engineering
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in branch operations, construction, or electrical/industrial services
• Proven success in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Experience leading or establishing new business units or market presences
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across field and administrative functions
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
