- Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service standards are met

Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in fitness or customer service industry preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for fitness
- Ability to pass a background check
