General Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Participate in a progressive, multi-stage training program starting from foundational roles to learn all aspects of store operations
• Master pizza making and delivery processes to understand the core of the business
• Progress through three levels of management training to become eligible to run a store
• Utilize new technology and systems to manage store efficiency and team performance
• Lead and motivate team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Full-time availability
• Willingness to undergo a multi-stage, hands-on training process without shortcuts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and an "all-in" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience
