About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in a progressive, multi-stage training program starting from foundational roles to learn all aspects of store operations
- Master pizza making and delivery processes to understand the core of the business
- Progress through three levels of management training to become eligible to run a store
- Utilize new technology and systems to manage store efficiency and team performance
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence

- Willingness to undergo a multi-stage, hands-on training process without shortcuts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
