General Manager In Training

Responsibilities

• Complete a progressive, multi-stage training program starting from foundational roles to management
• Learn all aspects of store operations, including delivery and pizza making
• Master company systems and new technologies to ensure efficient store performance
• Lead and manage team members to maintain high standards of service and quality
• Drive store success through operational excellence and leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Full-time availability
• Willingness to undergo a multi-stage, hands-on training process
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and an "all-in" attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience
