About the role
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands, including senior executives and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new credit card customer acquisition and maximize existing cardholder value.
- Own and manage the program P&L, leading annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and increase cardholder engagement.
- Monitor program performance through data analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to senior management.
- Partner with internal compliance and risk teams to ensure programs adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving product, risk, customer service, and finance teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, relationship management, operations, or marketing within financial services.
- Proven track record of owning and managing P&Ls and using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to execute multiple high-priority initiatives flawlessly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working specifically in a co-brand credit card environment.
- Background in eCommerce or the Sportsbook industry.
