• Strengthen market position through systematic sales work and relationship building
• Ensure profitable growth through strategic project selection and financial management
• Develop the organization, leaders, and employees while fostering a strong corporate culture
• Drive digitalization, sustainability, and innovative work processes

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, management, technology, or equivalent
• Documented leadership experience with responsibility for results, finances, and personnel
• Proven track record in commercial development and profitable growth
• Experience in project-based business with multiple parallel deliveries
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate strategy into results
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (written and oral)
