About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch service across all channels including in-showroom, online, and virtual consultations
- Own showroom sales targets and KPIs, building strategies to meet and exceed goals
- Cultivate relationships with trade clients and local design professionals
- Hire, train, and lead a team of Design Experts and Showroom Associates
- Manage showroom operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and visual standards
- Leverage CRM systems, Slack, and Google Suite to manage client relationships and operations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, retail, or design services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience hiring, managing, and developing team members
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Slack
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout the day
