General Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver direction, oversight, and execution of all dispensary operations
• Ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs and promotions
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
• Manage cash handling protocols and daily reconciliation
• Coach Leaders and Team Members to deliver positive in-store customer experiences
• Build and retain a high-performing team through effective onboarding and development
• Monitor staffing needs and ensure scheduling aligns with labor goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience
• At least five years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting
• Experience with POS business operations
• Inventory control experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
