Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of the company’s commercial strategy for the North America Region
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to implement new strategies and tools
• Seek new partnerships, collaborations, and opportunities for growth
• Ensure alignment of business practices and standards across all markets
• Drive market position and ensure delivery of quality services and products
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on market needs to drive profitability
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and partners
• Collaborate with finance, operations, product development, and marketing departments
• Recruit, train, and manage employees while fostering a productive work environment

Requirements

• Proven success in developing and executing commercial strategies for B2C and B2B markets
• Experience in the luxury sector preferred
• Expertise in financial analysis and budgeting
• Strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel internationally up to 35%
