About the Company

Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere. Founded in 2013, the company brings fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, and sweets inspired by French bakeries to the DMV area.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the bakery’s overall performance, including sales, profitability, and team culture
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members including bakers and customer service associates
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and community engagement
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to make data-driven decisions regarding labor, inventory, and production
• Lead daily operations on the floor, ensuring coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house
• Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and food safety
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience tracking KPIs
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Hands-on leadership style comfortable with baking or serving when needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Fluency in English
