Responsibilities
- Accountability for business, budgetary, and cost centre performance
- Driving sales and developing business plans to achieve key performance targets
- Leading the team to ensure excellent operational standards and safety
- Managing and recruiting a team to deliver high-quality leisure offerings
- Engaging with the local community and managing internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in leisure facilities
- Proven ability to manage income and expenditure
- Experience identifying staff training and development requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure
- Passion for the leisure and cultural services industry
