Responsibilities

• Accountability for business, budgetary, and cost centre performance
• Driving sales and developing business plans to achieve key performance targets
• Leading the team to ensure excellent operational standards and safety
• Managing and recruiting a team to deliver high-quality leisure offerings
• Engaging with the local community and managing internal/external stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in leisure facilities
• Proven ability to manage income and expenditure
• Experience identifying staff training and development requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure
• Passion for the leisure and cultural services industry
