About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage business, budgetary, and cost centre performance across the whole centre
- Drive sales and develop business plans to achieve key performance targets
- Lead the team to ensure excellent operational standards and safety
- Recruit, manage, and support the development of the centre team
- Act as the lead contact at the site and report to the Area Manager
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and processes
- Produce reports on various operational areas and KPIs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in leisure facilities
- Proven entrepreneurial ability and financial acumen
- Experience identifying staff training and development requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure
- Passion for the leisure industry and continuous professional development
