About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage business, budgetary, and cost centre performance across the whole centre
  • Drive sales and develop business plans to achieve key performance targets
  • Lead the team to ensure excellent operational standards and safety
  • Recruit, manage, and support the development of the centre team
  • Act as the lead contact at the site and report to the Area Manager
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and processes
  • Produce reports on various operational areas and KPIs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in leisure facilities
  • Proven entrepreneurial ability and financial acumen
  • Experience identifying staff training and development requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under pressure
  • Passion for the leisure industry and continuous professional development
