General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the complete Profit and Loss (P&L) for the entire state, including medical cost management and revenue optimization
• Lead and motivate community and care model teams to exceed clinical and financial targets
• Provide leadership and supervision across integrated state-level functions, including Clinical Managers and Managers of Community Operations
• Manage and optimize state key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Build key state-level relationships with local healthcare providers, community partners, and health plan clients
• Lead the execution and launch of new clinic locations within the state

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare leadership roles
• Experience leading in a clinical-operational dyad model
• Proven track record of managing a large P&L in a value-based care or capitated environment
• Deep understanding of Medicaid and the behavioral health ecosystem (SMI/SUD)
• Ability to travel regularly across the state
• Passion for serving individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI)

• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth company
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing strategies
