General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial and operational performance of the GTA East Market
• Direct, coach, and lead the dedicated site team in day-to-day operations
• Set, monitor, and support performance goals to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
• Develop strong tenant relations and ensure proactive service delivery and issue resolution
• Implement operational standards, health, safety, and environmental policies
• Prepare, monitor, and report on property expense schedules, budgets, and NOI goals
• Oversee accounts receivable and liaise with internal teams regarding rent collection
• Monitor parking operations, maintenance, and overall NOI performance
• Facilitate information flow between leasing, construction, legal, and accounting teams

Requirements

• 8–10 years of property management experience within retail or mixed-use environments
• Strong working knowledge of commercial, retail, and residential shared settings
• Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets
• Solid understanding of building operations, technical requirements, and industry standards
• Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating diverse teams
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional designations such as RPA, CFM, CPM, FMA, CSM, or ASM
