General Manager - Fine Dining

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop front of house restaurant team to maintain high service and quality standards
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the culinary team to refine menus and optimize food costs
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Drive sales and marketing efforts, including promotions and events
• Oversee scheduling and labor management
• Foster a positive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork and accountability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale full-service operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
• Extensive knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and reservation platforms
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to ski at an intermediate ability
