General Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the team for the UK and Ireland including Project Managers and Producers
• Ensure team members achieve quality and revenue goals through regular auditing
• Define regional growth strategy to meet quarterly and annual KPI goals
• Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in entertainment and real estate
• Negotiate and close business deals with local partners
• Define and support the scalability of experiences in other cities
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members
• Report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in project management, startup, or consulting
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experience
• Advanced commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for C-level engagement
• Fluent English
• MBA from a top-tier school preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-focused mindset
• Note: This is not a position for an event production background
