General Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that support company objectives.
• Implement company initiatives through clearly communicated objectives and team priorities.
• Present store strategy to Retail Leadership and Corporate Business Partners regarding operational efficiencies, product sell-through, and customer feedback.
• Analyze metrics, daily operations, and P&L to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performance team, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations and succession planning in partnership with Human Resources.
• Maintain the highest levels of fan experience and ensure all actions support the brand.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of retail management experience, preferably in a flagship or high-profile location.
• Experience managing a team of both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong retail finance skills, including P&L management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail point of sales (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
