General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence, strategic planning, and profitability for the Orlando City retail location.
• Drive the implementation of company initiatives and communicate objectives to the team.
• Analyze P&L, daily operations, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Recruit, build, and coach a high-performance team, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations and succession planning in partnership with Human Resources.
• Ensure a best-in-class fan experience by maintaining high service standards and understanding market trends.
• Manage a rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours during game days and special events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a flagship or high-profile environment.
• Proven experience with P&L management and retail finance.
• Experience managing both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company and departmental standards.
• Physical ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience managing employee relations and compliance with local labor laws.
