General Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, promotions, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage the profitability of the assigned retail location by analyzing metrics, daily operations, and P&L.
• Recruit, build, and coach a high-performance team, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Act as a key liaison between Team Partners and Fanatics Business Partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Present store strategies and operational efficiencies to Retail Leadership and Corporate Business Partners.
• Oversee daily operations, including delegating 'Manager on Duty' responsibilities and managing employee relations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of retail management experience, preferably in a flagship or high-profile environment.
• Proven experience managing both exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Strong retail finance skills, including direct experience with P&L management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail point of sales (POS) systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours on game days.
• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience managing employee relations in partnership with Human Resources.
