Responsibilities

• Provide quality, genuine hospitality in a timely manner
• Ensure guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant
• Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
• Oversee effective hiring, training, development, and performance management
• Manage P&L considerations according to budget and verify payroll
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
• Run hands-on shifts during high-volume periods
• Ensure adherence to all company safety and sanitation policies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality Leadership preferred
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of food cost management systems
• Ability to lead, empower, and communicate effectively with a management team
• Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
• Flexibility to work various shifts and undefined end times
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20+ pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
