About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide quality and genuine hospitality in a timely manner
- Ensure guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant
- Lead and coach the team towards exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
- Manage effective hiring, training, development, and performance management
- Guide all unit departments in upholding business operation excellence and efficiency
- Manage P&L considerations according to budget and verify payroll
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
- Run hands-on shifts during high-volume periods
- Ensure adherence to all company safety and sanitation policies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Restaurant/Hospitality Leadership preferred
- Proficient knowledge of food cost management systems and processes
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills for managing teams and interacting with guests
- Ability to lead and empower a team
- Ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage products
- Flexibility to work various shifts and undefined end times
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20+ pounds
