General Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer-facing deal lifecycle from first contact through funding and title
• Manage performance, culture, and daily execution for Sales, BDC, F&I, and Business Office verticals
• Drive retail deal volume, front-end margins, and customer experience scores
• Oversee BDC pipeline performance, including contact, appointment, and show rates
• Manage back-end gross profit per unit, financing conversion, and compliance
• Ensure title and registration processing meets defined SLA targets
• Translate company-level targets into vertical-specific goals and manage P&L contribution
• Drive SOP implementations and process improvements across the hub

Requirements

• 5–8 years of senior leadership experience in high-volume, consumer-facing operations
• Direct experience owning Sales and F&I performance and margin mechanics
• Proven track record leading a BDC or inside sales function
• Experience in automotive retail or direct-to-consumer vehicle operations
• Proficiency with DMS systems such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds
• Experience managing business office and title functions
• Strong track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams
• Working knowledge of or interest in the EV market

Benefits

• Base salary of $130,000 – $155,000
• Annual performance bonus of 15% – 25%
