Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor key metrics including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
  • Establish measurable goals and maintain a safe, compliant work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
