Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage branch operations to maximize financial success and conduct monthly P&L reviews
- Monitor key metrics including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management
- Establish measurable goals and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment
